Refund policy

 Return Policy:

We do not accept returns. If there are any issues with your order or you understand that there was an error on our behalf please contact us at Dreamdesignshoppellc@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of receiving your order to have the issue rectified. 

Examples of issues: Color sent was not what you ordered, Missing items, or but not limited to customization was not right.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost package: 

If the order says it was delivered and it has not, please allow 24 hours to see if it appears. If it doesn’t please contact your Local Post Office. 

Cancellation:

Cancellation with full refund is accepted within 1 hour of order being placed and not already packaged especially if it’s a customized item. If you desire to make any changes like Category or color please email me at Dreamdesignshoppellc@gmail.com
